What I like most is your smile

However would it not be: What I like most it is your smile

Why is c'est -> is 

It should be

c'est -> it is

The sentence was, "She is dividing the tasks," and we were supposed to fill in the blank with the verb "repartir." The correct answer was repartissez, but it just didn't sound right to me. I looked up the conjugation in three different places, and they all said it should be "repartez." Can you clarify this?

Looking for advice as to whether this works for - What do you expect me to do?:

Qu'attendez-vous que je fasse?

This isn’t un question about verbs, mais comment can I continuer apprendre français without feeling bored ou retour à anglais?
