i've also seen "jouer à des jeux de société" as the translation for "to play board games" (www.linguee.com). Are there two thoughts on the translation, eg.Canadian French ?

Can someone please explain why the correct answer is:

I don't see any sense of "dread" in the reading of this sentence.
This is a test question. Could someone help to explain how to understand this "en" used here? I'll imagine "Il n'en croit pas grand-chose" would be correct.
The correct spelling of connaitrais, should be connaîtrais, yes?
