When n’avoir plus de is followed by countable object. Is the object always in plural form?

In the first A1 Listening Practice exercise, Liz asked whether run-on sentences are acceptable in French. Michael explained what they are. You asked Liz for an example, which wasn't given there.
The 4th and 7th sentences in this exercise are good examples.
I have seen so many of them throughout the exercises that I can only conclude they must be acceptable in French.
Still, confirmation of that fact would be welcome.
I am a little unclear as to what the definition of Indirect Speech is especially as it applies to the examples given in the lesson and in the use of verbs such as, 'se demander' and 'savoir'.
How is this Indirect Speech:
Je me demande si tu viens ou pas. ?
What I do understand is that in cases where 'whether = if', then 'si + Mode Indicatif' is applied.
The way I usually work it out in my mind is if the sentence is expressing the idea of 'regardless of which' or 'whether or not' than 'Que + Le Subjunctif' is used.
In the last question I chose to use sera and not va être and I wonder why this was considered to be incorrect. I know the difference and if being rigid yes, it's wrong but of course some people will say "will be" rather than "going to be" so some latitude would be helpful.
Why isn’t the answer dans Le?

I noted in the quick lesson that it should be dans la if it is specific and en if it is general. Cours de danse seems specific, but I got the answer wrong.

normally we use "de" for make uncountable words negative
for example je ne vois pas de lait
but what do we have to in these sentences?
"je ne peux pas boire de lait" or je ne peux pas boire du lait
which one is correct

On my computer the hints are shown on the phrase after they are needed - eg tout le monde. I have seen this on many of the excercises.
