Unnecessary length of questions

Hi Mark!
Thanks for letting us know about this, your feedback will be passed on to the team! We understand that copying what you already know can be tiring, and the French team as well as the Product team will be made aware of your comment.
Please note that all the feedback our users send to the help desk is sent to the relevant teams, and we encourage all our users to let us know of issues they encounter while using Kwiziq, even when it might not have a straightforward technical answer.
Have a lovely day, and happy kwizzing!
Marie
Hi Mark,
Have you made this point to the help desk then?
Don't know how to deal with this on the language forum.
Jim
Have done that previously but they are really there for technical problems.. hoping that somebody like Aurélie picks it up and that the Kwiziq team think about it generally. As I have said before, once is ok b7t when it gets repeated test after test.. even though you get it right, it becomes irritation and, if you mistype, it thinks you have got it wrong and gives you get even more!
