Someone to help me solving this? I need to answear today and i tried a lot of French dictionaries and didn't get this. 

To me this reads as “a voucher for hair shampoo” and I don’t see how the syntax is incorrect... unless “Bon” is supposed to be an adjective and not a noun.

I’m very confused!?

If instead of just going down to the basement to fetch a bottle of wine, she went down THE STAIRS to the basement to fetch the bottle, would you conjugate descendre with etre or avoir?

In the video:" Les fleurs, c'est beau." C'est  is singular, beau singular, fleurs plural. Why    c'est   and not   Ce sont?

I assume this is an optional liaison?  I notice on the verbal pronunciation there is no liaison, but there is on the sentence "nous avons entendu..."

I'm surprised it's not a required liaison actually, as it seems like it would fall into that category based on my intermediate level french knowledge.

The English text had the word "and" before "the basil", and I seem to hear it in the French audio in the short segment that accompanies the text. Surely "et" should be part of the sentence?

On the quiz, I missed this question:

Tu aimes le violet ? Oui, ________ est très joli!

I answered with 'il', because it fits the criteria that we are not talking about something general, but something specifically referred to previously: the color violet. The answer was actually "c'".

Can you explain why?
