Bonjour, je ne peux pas utiliser les accents sur mon claviers
Quand est utilisee avec , pourquoi est-il que le verbe (e.g. arrive) n'est pas forme avec le E femenin??? (Pardon la faute d'accents!) Merci!
Line 11: on which professionals or amateurs can buy or sell.....
is being corrected to:
sur laquelle professionnels et amateurs peuvent acheter ou vendre........
The tittle of the passage is 'A quoi ça sert de trier ses déchets' is translated as what is the use of sorting our waste? Our=notre / nos? and ses = his / her / its? Please help understand if the translation is correct?
The question was: "Are we waiting for Laura? No, we're not waiting for her any longer.
I put: Nous attendons Laura? Non, nous ne l'attendons plus.
This was marked incorrect. Please explain why the pronoun "la" can't be used here, in abbreviated form with an apostrophe.
The lesson that accompanies the question does not deal with pronouns.
I can't see why my answer is wrong.
Please advise.
Hello,
So, the demonstrative pronouns in French, if I'm not mistaken, are: celui, ceux, celle, celles
While in English, they're: this, these, that, those
But if I want to translate: That looks like the car I used to drive. in French, that's Cela ressemble à la voiture que je conduisais.
Why cela and not celle ?
So, when do you actually use the french demonstrative pronouns?
How do I reread writing exercises full text without having to do whole exercise again.
Thanks. M
When do one use là when talking about "here" because most times I see people write je suis là which they mean "i am here" , but i thought là means there
Explique-le moi stp
If you are refering "vous" formally to single person would "Vous n'êtes pas arrivé en retard". Arrivé without the "s".
Shouldn’t the adjective be plural to match the noun?
