please explain when to use ennuyant and ennuyeux or ennuyeuse

sometimes I'm told it means boring, sometimes annoying, quite confusing, as i cant make out which is which.

Please explain using des/de in "on saura qu’il y a des reines autant qu’il y a de femmes"In the phrase "on saura qu’il y a des reines autant qu’il y a de femmes", why do we say "des reines", but "de femmes" (why not "des femmes")?

Difference nuance in English between "I feel bad" and I feel badly"How would express this in French. I follow the first as "je me sens mal" as in I do not feel well. The second expresses more of an emotion of how you feel. Thoughts.
