Possessive adjectives and possessive pronouns

What is the rule for using the pesky little accent circumflex with possessive plurals-- adjectives and pronouns (notre and votre)? Used only with pronouns but not adjectives? Is that right?

In the sentencenous avons ouvert les fenêtres de peur qu'il n'y ait un fuite de gas.In the sentence, which may not be exactly correct, but is more or les as i remeber it, the translatio is ....for frar that there would be a gas leak. Can this be translated as might be or even as there is a gas leak. Like many english people i am a bit hazy about the subjunctive in my own language, hence the question.

Agreement with Qui as a relative pronounIn the sentence, "C'est moi qui parle au prof '', does the verb agree with qui (usually 3rd person singular) or with what ''qui '' represents? Ex: Ce sont nous qui parle au prof .... ou .... Ce sont nous qui parlent au prof .... ?

Il est vs. C;est

One of the questions was to write in what would go before "chaud" in order to create the sentence, "It is hot." I wrote "Il est" because I'd learned in Rosetta Stone that with a simple adjective, you should use "Il est" and not "C''est". They used the example of "Il est dangereux de toucher un serpent." Is there something different in this sentence that makes the use of "Il est" more appropriate? Would love to get an answer.
