Tu m’accompagnais à l'école tous les matinsIn the quiz I was marked wrong for selecting "You were accompanying me to school every mornming" for the translation of this sentence. It wanted "You used to accompany me to school every morning". Yet in another lesson (Avoir l'habitude de = To be in the habit of, to tend to (French Expressions with avoir)%252Fsearch%253Fs%253Dhabitude) you associate "used to" with "avoir d'habitude". To me (and Google Translate) that makes "You used to accompany me to school every morning" an inappropriate translation here. The other one, although less common than the obvious" You accompanied me to school every morning" seems the more appropriate choice.

Prescriptive versus descriptive EnglishI read the Q&A for this lesson on collective nouns and the discussion at https://progress.lawlessfrench.com/is-this-english-correct and I see where Kwiziq is coming from. However, it would clearer for many Engliish speakers if you left out the "how it is in English" versus "how it is in French" comparisons. There are too many interpretations of collective nouns in different forms of English, and many of us haven't learnt the English prescriptions, so we are probably making frequent mistakes in English. In other words, just give teach the French grammar.

À Pâques or le jour de PâquesHere's the example the lesson gives: À Pâques, les enfants vont à la chasse aux oeufs. "à" is used because "in general" this happens. 1. "On Easter Day I have lunch with my family." -- is also a general statement. A specific statement would be: 2. "On Easter Day I will have lunch with my family." But you are saying the answer for 1. (in my test session) is "le jour de" for a specific statement instead of "à" for a general statement." Please explain.

Qu'est-ce que?/Qu'est-ce que c'est que? "What is the difference between "Qu'est-ce que c'est que le Sacré Coeur à Paris" and "Qu'est-ce que la Sorbonne "? The Sorbonne and Sacre Coeur are both buildings. I have looked at the lesson and it doesn't help me to know why it isn't "Qu'est-ce que c'est que la Sorbonne.""

Rentrée is féminin, n’est-ce pas?In the answer provided as correct “Je faisais le lit quand tu es rentrée.” Is there not an assumption the “tu” is referring to someone female?
