Hello,
I noticed when using the word beaucoup it can also mean very besides to mean a lot. Do you only use beaucoup with the preposition de after it to mean very? For example Elle a beaucoup de la chance au casino.
Thank you
Nicole
I met this sentence: Tu y vas samedi? - J'y vais tous les samedis.
Could it also be: J'y vais le samedi?
Merci d'avance
I thought adjectives were supposed to agree with nouns, but les yeux is plural yet the correct word for the phrase about Yves having browns eyes was marron, not marrons. Can anyone explain why this is?
"Nous sommes partis en avance juste au cas où"
This is still being marked as incorrect (because it contains the word 'juste').
I have reported it.
canard is duck in French. paon is peacock.
Why not bleu paon?
