My dictionary gave me two choices: de plus and en plus. Qui plus est was not even a choice. I always seem to make the wrong choice. Can someone explain the nuances of the translation of besides?

Still wondering how to say "Who is bothering you?"
I'm confused about the usage of the adverb "mieux" and "meilleur(e)". In the sentence "J'aime bien ta voiture, elle est mieux que la leur." adverb "mieux" is used, so the adverb now describes how the car *is*. So, I saw the verb "to be" being described by both the adverb and the adjective and I have no idea why it is so.

I found the phrases and vocabulary used in this activity to be extremely difficult! I didn't feel ready for this level of translation at all. There is often quite a disparity between the level of language used in the Study Plan lessons (very simple) versus these dictation activities (much more complex). I would love to have more learning in the Study Plan that would support this level of language complexity.
