VENIR AND PREPOSITIONS

I recently ran across a guideline which contradicts the quiz sentence "Il est venu pour voir Sarah" associated with this lesson!!

'Venir' is purportedly one of the verbs which does not take ANY preposition before the following infinitive when the context is 'come 'to do 'action of the infinitive' ! So he came to do what.. to see Sarah! So (according to that guideline ) the preposition 'pour' is at least superfluous here if not invalid! Please clarify.

Plural vs. Singular paysage

In the passage, "... où vous profiterez de paysages naturels magnifiques", how does one know if we are referring to one paysage or multiple paysages? If I am in a castle, I think I would be looking at one paysage around the castle.

In the first sentence, "Avant que tu ne sois née, je ne pensais pas....why the imparfait? To me that is a fact started and ended in the past.

Il me faudrait ressortir.... I believe that my answer using "....il me faudrait ressortir" is a valid option here. The system has provided "....je devrais ressortir" ; however, "devoir" doesn't seem appropriate because there is no suggestion of personal obligation or the idea of "must"/"should" mentioned in the question.
