I want to understand the word order of a demonstrative pronoun AS AN OBJECT (whether or not it is contracted to ça).  It was asked below, "Je l'adore" vs. "J'adore ça" but the point was missed in the answer.  when ÇA is used as an object, it seems to follow the verb, but when le, la, or lui is used, the object pronoun preceeds the verb. 
I've searched Lawless French and googled for this, but have not found anything that specifically addresses this nuance of word order. Please help!

Could you have "Vous nous accompagnerez la prochaine fois"? as well as "Vous viendrez avec nous.."?

Taking Maarten’s sentence as a starting point “When 'on' can be replaced by the specific subject pronoun 'nous', adjectives agree with number and are therefore plural (only the past participle/adjective, not the auxiliary verb conjugation).”

My question is, assuming that we have decided to indeed follow the agreement rule, if the specific group that “on” refers to were all female, would the sentence then be “On était éberluées”? I.e. does the gender get reflected in the adjective in the same way that it would if we used “nous” and the group were all female (“nous étions éberluées”).

if ‘avoir envie de’ can be used as an alternative to ‘avoir besoin de’ for saying ‘needs to go to the bathroom’, why can’t it also be used for ‘needs to take a day off’? Isn’t it all down to context in both cases?

So while you can’t say ‘J’ai des autres chaussures’ , can you say ‘j’ai besoin des autres chaussures?’  More important, how would you say ‘I have some of the other shoes?’ How is that not ‘des autres chaussures’? 

I got "nearly" as an answer on a quiz for an example that was never given. 5,900.45 (pounds) is never shown as 5.900,45 in French, only 5 900, 45 in French. Please explain.
