Past conditional is tricky

I assume it is a simple answer but am confused as to when I must use infinitive vs past participle…with past conditional

Tu aurais fait un bon professeur You would have made a good teacher

J'aurais pu être un grand artiste.

I do not understand as well why the last paragraph is in the future tense when the actions like receiving the award in 1998 which is in the past.

Found a sentence involving "plus jamais" where the verb does not agree with the reflexive pronoun.

Just wanted to check if this is a mistake. I found this on Duolingo.

Nous ne nous sommes plus jamais parlé.

Why is the verb parlé not agreed with the reflexive pronoun?

Au cas où + conditional moodJ'en ai racheté, juste au cas où - le conditionnel n'est pas employé ici: pourquoi pas? C'est le passé composé Parceque c'est un action dejà completé? Si on dit par exemple "Au cas où, j'en racheterais - c'est juste ou non?

Inversion of subject and verb after exclamatory adjective

The recommended translation for 'what a powerful voice that man had!' is 'quelle voix puissante avait cet homme !'. I don't actually see this usage of inversion covered in any grammar guides. Is it the norm to invert subject and verb in a sentence beginning with an exclamatory adjective?
