Hello there
Just wondering if I can use "comme" in the phrase "Et bien sûr, comme Wonder Woman" and if comme and en tat que are interchangeable.
Sincerely
Una
The question was to translate, "You will ask me for money...." but the correct answer was "vous demanderez DE...." not "vous demandez A". I thought when you ask someone for something it was "demander a"
Cannot "même si" be equally followed l'imparfait del'ndicatif as in:
Même s'il me le disait, je ne le croirais pas.
Actually the good old fashioned dictionary is quite specific about the use of these words, and 'un immeuble' is most definitely 'a block of flats' and funnily enough not 'a block of apartments', but there again, it is a proper English (English) - French dictionary. Block of apartments - how pan loafy is that (translation-upper crust)
