I have a lot of trouble with french because i directly translate the English. So i wanted to know if "on y va" can also be used for something like, "let's do it" or "let's get started". Or is it just for "let's go somewhere" like a place?
And am not getting this at all...
"deux plus deux égal quatre".. you say the égal is an adjective... the égal must somehow be "working" on the two numbers like a verb and I am not seeing how an adjective can work in this position?
I grew up using "font" although happy to use égale.
Où habites-tu? j'habite à Barcelone.
Why using ( en ) instead of (à ) in this sentence is incorrect?!
Why does the adjective sometimes come before and sometimes after the noun???
Lisa est une très bonne vendeuse.Lisa is a very good sales assistant. Maurice est un professeur excellent.Maurice is an excellent teacher.Salut! Why is it not “je jouais avec Elsa pendant quelques heures..” as it is happening continuously over a period of time? Why is it passé composé in this context?
Salut! Je m'appelle Alyssa et je viens de États-Unis.
Should we use Coureur ou coureur cycliste?
