It really sounds to me that the speaker is saying ``Sophie, au va....`` I know it doesn`t make sense but it really sounds like that`s what he`s saying. Can you please check?

In this sentence, something feels off to me. To denote "to bear/stand something to the end", shouldn't we say (supporter quelque chose) jusqu'à la fin? 

I do not understand the last sentence.  Why use the third person singular with "nous"?  Or should this be "on" not "nous"?

If des becomes de in front of an adjective that precedes a noun, why is this correct:  je suis jaloux des nouvelles bottes ....? Here des is used preceding the adjective...
