Can you give me some guidance on when to use mal as an adjective. I wrote "le reste du casting n'avait pas l'air mauvais".
I believe it is similar to bon v. bien as an adjective. I read somewhere that bon is used to describe taste, smell, physical sensation or a person's level or quality Otherwise, use bien as the adjective. Is this correct and does it apply to mauvais v. mal? Thanks.
Do you like pizza? is a question about pizza in general. Therefore according to the lesson it should be C'est but the answer given is Elle. I think either the answer or the lesson should be changed.
HI!
How to say in French ' They are coming to see me and you'?
Thank you
Hi, I have a very similar question... with this example from the quiz...
Tu ________ me piéger mais ça n'a pas marché !
You wanted to trick me but it didn't work!HINT: Conjugate vouloir in Le Passé Composé (conversational past)I think I understand that the 'wanted' with vouloir is a one time 'wanting'...is that why we are using the passé composé? In my mind, I think of wanting as an undetermined amount of time as I don´t see a trigger for something specific. Could you help me understand this better? Perhaps I am still thinking in Spanish more than in French? Thanks so much!Find your French level for FREE
