There are two sentences in this text using amener and emmener in ways I thought were more correctly expressed with emporter: Taking too many clothes along with mother, and bringing one’s dolls to bathe in the sea. We’re talking about objects here, either personal or something brought from one place to another. I suppose the dolls could be expressed with apporter, as they were brought to Lola, but why did you choose amener and emmener, which I’ve studied as being used only in reference to people, animals, or vehicles?

I've been pronouncing the nasal vowel "IN" as "EN" as pronounced in "souvent" this whole time. Is it eh(n)? If so is it pronounced that way in every scenario?
Bonjour, I wrote 'Sonia va s'occuper de vous' and it was marked wrong and replaced with 'Sonia va prendre soin de vous' and yet in the replay s'occuper is used which is puzzling.
Bonjour, can you let me know if I understand 'new' correctly or just simplifying it too much, my notes are:
Neuf - used after noun but only if the item you are speaking of is brand new (but not on living things)
Neuve - used after noun but only if the item is new to you but not necessarily brand new
Nouveau - is the masculine form and used before consonants
Nouvel - is the masculine form and used before vowels
Nouvelle - is the feminine form and used before nouns OR vowels
Does that sound right?

Anyone else struggle with the distinction ? Like me, you may use “finalement” too much (and then wonder why it gets the strikethrough) !
