Bonjour,
I noticed that the adjectives and adverbs agree with le plus/le moins, all used were masculine. Is this so?
Merci :)
what's the difference between the two please? I saw "tu peux y goûter?" which clearly took the preposition a but I would've said "tu peux le goûter?" Google hasn't helped me!
When you say "Believe me," do you say, "vous me croyez" or "vous croyez en moi"? Are these the same thing?
Why is en depit d’un prix très élevé wrong?
This was my question, then I answered 'Annie a gagné dix milliers d'euros'.
The system did not accept it. ..okay, maybe I wrote dix milliers de euros - instead of d'.. I guess that was the problem.
However, the explanation I had, was 'Annie a gagné dix mille euros'.
Can I also use the other option above, 'dix milliers d'euros'?
Merciiiiii
Vicky
"Si si, ..." -- I hear this all the time, but it doesn't seem to be an accepted answer. Is it just because it is technically redundant? Does it lower the register to use two "si" ?
I was under the understanding that we don't use the ne explétif with "sans que" unless the rest of the sentence is in the negative. Is the above sentence in this lesson a mistake or did I misunderstand the lesson on sans que?
Instead of "... améliorer mon français" could we use "... m'améliorer le français" ?
